Duration: Two 3-hour sessions; 6 hours total
Maximum size: 8 participants
Each person can lead from where they are - but what does that mean, in practice? In this mid-to-senior level workshop, participants design the story of the work they're doing next, how it's good for the team and for their career, and plan concrete steps to lead the way.
Takeaways:
Your products and your career “hero journey” for a current project
A concrete plan for the activities you’ll drive for the next few quarters
A template to “elevator pitch” your project – and ask for help where you need it
A reusable process for building your next product and career steps.
Topics and activities: Examining, planning, and imagining your current project(s) in a supportive, directed environment.
This workshop is best for mid- to senior-level people who are currently employed, who want to take more organized ownership of their daily work.
If fewer than 5 people sign up for this workshop, participants may be offered a refund or to reschedule to a new date. All participants will abide by the Catbird Content Code of Conduct.
This item is priced for equitable access. If you can pay the regular price, please do. There is no difference between the offerings, and I won’t ask you to prove that there’s a hardship.
